Your Ivory Rose Experience Starts Before You Arrive
Once you book your appointment online or by phone, you’ll receive a confirmation email along with a “Help Us Get to Know You” email. This is your chance to share your vibe, wedding details, and your dress inspo! If you’ve been eyeing a few gowns from our collection, send us screenshots—your stylist will have them in mind before you even walk through our doors.
A stylist from our team will also give you a call before your appointment to personally connect with you. This is a great way for us to get to know you better, answer any initial questions, and help put any fears aside. We want you to feel completely comfortable and excited before stepping into our boutique!
Arriving at Our Intimate Boutique
When you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into our cozy, pink boutique and shown to your own plush viewing area. Your stylist will be right there with you from the start—think of her as your bestie, hype woman, and personal shopper all in one. She’ll get to know you, chat about your wedding vision, and guide you through the entire shopping process.

Now the fun begins! You and your stylist will explore our hand-picked collection of gowns, featuring a curated selection of unique styles from renowned bridal icons, international designers, and our exclusive private collection. We proudly carry designers we truly believe in and offer a range of styles to suit every bride’s vision.
At first glance, all wedding dresses might seem similar, but your stylist will guide you through the details that make each one special—fabric, silhouette, and intricate design elements. Expect to start with a variety of styles, because sometimes the unexpected wildcard turns out to be the one!
Finding The Dress
As you try on dresses, your stylist will be there every step of the way, helping you narrow down your likes and dislikes until you land on that magical “OMG, this is IT!” moment. Once you say ‘HECK YES,’ the real fun begins. We’ll celebrate with champagne, capture Insta-worthy photos, and even snap a Polaroid in front of our flower wall so you can remember this moment forever.
The Ordering Process & What’s Next
For special-order gowns, your stylist will take your measurements to determine the best size to order, and we’ll collect a down payment to get your dress officially on its way. From there, we’ll keep in touch with updates on your special order, ensuring you’re informed every step of the way.
